Petro is the company you need to call if you want outstanding service from the first call to the end. I had a leaky water heater and had contacted 2 other companies to estimate the job. I had a poor experience with both. I was referred to Petro and I am glad I was. Ashleigh made it easy to understand, easy to explain and the quote was thorough. I contacted Petro on a Thursday and by 11:00am Friday the job was done, the worksite was cleaned up and I had hot water. If you want a great customer service experience with quality products and great installation call PETRO!!!!

I Called Petro when I discovered water leaking heavily through my basement ceiling. They sent 2 employees (Dustin and Matt) to my home immediately that were able to diagnose the problem AND get it fixed right away. I can not say enough positive things about these gentlemen. Unfortunately there was damage done to my home, but thanks to Petro the issue has been resolved. I recommend Petro Plumbing to anyone in the Richland/S.W. Michigan area in need. Definitely 5 Star Customer Service AND 5 Star work. Thanks for everything!
