Petro Plumbing did a last minute plumbing job for us! They fit us into their schedule with a 2 day notice, helping us work with the other contractors schedules!  Their response time is super fast compared to other contractors I have called in the past.  I really liked the contractors they sent out.  Both of the men were very friendly, discussed the job to gain an understanding of exactly what we wanted, got to work and were done in 4 hours! I’m extremely happy with my new furnace and AC. This company exceeded my expectations from start to finish. They took the time to walk me through the entire process, which I really appreciated since I had no prior knowledge and felt pretty lost at first. Every step was explained clearly and in detail, and their work was outstanding. This was a full installation project—including ductwork, electrical, a new furnace, AC unit, and gas lines—so I expected it to take quite a while. Instead, they completed everything quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality. I was especially impressed by how thorough they were in making sure everything was done correctly and safely. Everyone I spoke with and met was professional, friendly, and easy to work with. I couldn’t be happier with both the installation and the overall service. Had a DIY plumbing project that went wrong. Called Petro and they had someone out that same day, fixed it quickly and professionally, all at a very fair price. Will definitely use them again for the next plumbing project - I’ll leave it to the pros next time
